Recipe: Hummus

Hummus:
5 cups cooked chickpeas
4 cloves garlic
½ cup toasted sesame oil or olive oil (depending on what you prefer the flavour of)
½ cup rice vinegar or lemon juice
¼ cup of tamari sauce or Sea salt to taste
optional: Fresh chives, spring onions or parsley

 

Method:
Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth and then put in the fridge.
Garnish with Fresh herbs or parsley, whole chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, or anything else you fancy.
Keeps for about 1 week in the fridge.
