Recipe: Sparlic

Ingredients
2 big bunches of parsley
4 cloves of garlic

Juice from one lemon

½ cup of unrefined cold pressed olive oil

2 tsps. of sea salt

 

Method

Blend all ingredients together in a blender

 

Serve as a dressing, dipping sauce with anything you eat.

 

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days
