Recipe: Chocolate fudge cake

This cake is so deliciously rich and moist! I hate dry cakes, and making cakes without sugar or eggs often means they end up drier then i would like, but this is a winner! i have never eaten a better chocolate cake, healthy or unhealthy. It hands down is the best!

 

Ingredients: 

30 Medjool dates

1 cup water

1 cup coconut oil

4 tsps baking soda (good quality)

pinch of salt
1.5 cups of cocoa

2 cups whole spelt flour
4 tbsp psyllium husk 

 

Method:

Blend in a blender all the dates with the water and coconut oil.

Add all dry ingredients and blend until well combine.

bake on 180 for 45-1 hour or until you can stick a tooth pick in and  it comes out clean.
