Recipe: Ketchup

Ingredients
 

6 onions
a dash of unrefined olive oil
pinch of sea salt
2 tbsps. Rice vinegar
200g Cherry tomatoes
 

Method

Dice onions and sauté on low with a little olive oil. Add a pinch of salt to the onions.
 

Stir them and let them cook on low until they become golden brown and caramelised.
 

Add the cherry tomatoes and let simmer on very low for as long as it takes for most of the liquid (created by the tomatoes once cooked) to evaporate.
 

Add the rice vinegar and blend till very smooth
