Recipe: Green lentil soup

Ingredients:
3 onions, diced
2 cups of puy lentils
2 leeks, diced
4 carrots, diced
4 stalks of celery, diced
1 bunch of fresh parsley, chopped finely
Unrefined sesame oil for sautéing
Sea salt or tamari for taste
A stamp sized piece of Kombu seaweed  
Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Ginger to taste
 

Method:
Sauté onions and leeks with some sesame oil and a small pinch of Sea salt.

When soft and a little browned add other dried herbs or spices and sauté for a few extra minutes.

Add the lentils, the sea weed, and other diced vegetables (all except fresh parsley) and cook till soft.

when soft add the Sea salt or tamari as well as the chopped parsley and let simmer for a few more min.
